An Attack called Trump Card

Trump Card is an ataack wwhich depends on its PP left.It's base PP is 5 and it can be raise to 8.Four pokemon learn this attack.Eeve,Slowking,Minun and Dunsparce.I can never miss like Shock Wave and Aerial Ace.Here is a table showing the effects of Trump card on the basis of PP left

PP Left - Base Power
8,7,6,5 - 40
4 - 50
3 - 60
2 - 75
1 - 190

Indeed a great move as its maxed power is 190.Thats really great
