Hey Prof Oak. I want to start out by saying congratulations on having so much knowledge and on top of that, using it to benefit others. We need more people in the world like you. Now to my question. I have heard rumors about an item that doubles the amount of experience that your pokemon can have. If it exists, can you tell me it's name and location? Thanks

To answer your question, there currently is no item that doubles the amount of experience that a Pokémon gets. Really the only way to get double Exp. is to have a Pokémon traded to you.
There is, however, an item that gives 1.5x the Exp. A Lucky Egg-
Lucky Eggs boost the the experience gained in a battle by, as I said, 1.5x
They can only be found on wild Chansey 5% of the time.

Chansey is really rare to get.And even rarer with a Lucky Egg.
