Another good moveset works on Regigigas' Slow Start ability by turing it into a staller.
Substitute
Thunder Wave / Confuse Ray
Return
Focus Punch
Regigigas has alot of HP, Defence and Special Defence, so setting up a substitute right away will stall your opponent unil Slow Start wears off. Thunder Wave is great for team support, or you can opt for Confuse Ray instead in which if your opponet decides to switch out, can give Regigigas a free hit.
